Instructions

First Time Set-Up:

​

Remove Ear Buds from charging case ensuring to remove protective tape from charging connectors near bottom of each Ear Bud. 

Momentarily place back in charging case then once again remove.

Ensure your device you wish to connect to is in ‘Bluetooth Discovery mode.

After a few seconds ‘Frisson Sound’ should become available click on this and you’re good to go.

Your device should now connect automatically to the Ear Buds.

Power ON/OFF:

They will begin out pairing as soon as they are removed from the charging case. If this doesn’t happen press down on touch area for 4 seconds. When on the blue led light will flash 5 times.

Returning to the charging case will automatically power off the earbud(s) alternatively holding down the touch area for 4 seconds will also achieve this and will cause the red led light to flash 5 times.

Charging:

​

To charge return earbuds to the case ensuring connectors on both the earbuds and case are clean and free of any ‘debris/dirt.

 

To charge the charging case use the micro usb cable provided whilst the charging case is charging the display screen will always flicker, one fully charged it will remain on.

 

When the charging case is charging the earbuds the display screen will remain on with L & R buds flickering when the earbuds are fully charged the led light will turn blue and then go out.

Controls:

Controls are mirrored over left and right ear buds.

Use the multi function touch button (located on the bottom third of each ear bud) to control the following;

One Tap - Play/Pause - Answer/Hang Up

Double Tap: Left + Increase Volume  Right: - Decrease Volume

Triple Tap: Left: Previous song Right: Skip song

Long Press 2sec: Wake up SIRI

Long Press 4sec: Power off/on

Warranty & Returns

Warranty - void if, Person found to have caused damage to earbuds/ charging case etc.

Warranty period has passed. Cannot provide proof of purchase. Failure to use/ maintain product correctly. Unauthorised repair of product(s) Damage caused by person through negligence.

Return - void if, Person found to have caused damage to earbuds/ charging case etc We are unable to provide a return if the product has been used and isn't faulty due to hygiene reasons we can accept returns from 28 days of purchase.
